How Your Information
Is Handled

Your business context is not our content.

Founders cannot speak candidly without trust. The information you provide is treated as private working material and used only to evaluate fit, prepare for the engagement, communicate with you, and deliver the agreed work.

  1. What we collect

We collect the contact information, application responses, and business context you choose to provide. Share only what is necessary. Do not submit passwords, financial account details, regulated personal data, or information you are not authorized to disclose.

  2. How it is used

Your information may be used to review your application, assess fit, prepare for conversations and analysis, deliver the diagnostic and decision brief, and communicate with you about the engagement.

  3. Who has access

Access is limited to the people and service providers directly involved in reviewing, administering, or delivering the engagement. Your information is not sold, rented, or used for third-party advertising.

  4. Tools and processing

Secure digital tools may support form collection, storage, communication, scheduling, and analysis. When AI-supported tools are used, they assist the work. They do not replace human judgment or make final decisions about fit or recommendations.

  5. Stories and attribution

Your name, company, submissions, or results will not be published as a case study, testimonial, teaching example, or promotional story without your explicit permission.

  6. Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to review the application, conduct the engagement, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact studio@1970somethin.com.

Privacy is not a feature of the engagement. It is a condition of it.
